Tri-I Diversity Retreat: Discovering the Skills for Inclusive Leadership

Last year’s Retreat was a call to community. This year, the Retreat is about you as formal and informal leaders of inclusion. Not everyone plays a formal leadership role, but we can demonstrate leadership through how we interact with others. During this Retreat, you will network with other leaders like yourself and see how you, as a role model of inclusion, can increase your visibility in our community and beyond. This Retreat will also allow you to increase your communication and influencing skills, qualities of inclusive leadership. We hope that you can join us for this half-day retreat!
