The recruitment process for academic employees is managed by the hiring department. (For details about academic recruitment procedures and requirements, please refer to the Office of Faculty Affairs website.) However, to ensure we have important information for onboarding and reporting, departments and candidates utilize the Recruitment Management System for certain tasks. The Academic Applicant Search Plan and Log PDF forms are no longer required.
