The purpose of today’s panel is to focus on diversity and inclusion (D&I) from a staff perspective and engage in a discussion about why D&I matters.  We will explore some D&I themes and hear about the panelists’ real life experiences and the impact of D&I on their work life.  Panelists will discuss these experiences, some challenges they have faced, and how D&I has shaped their thinking.
